As some of you know, Opensim 9.2.0 is currently still in development phase. Many chose to employ the nightly builds. However, I intend to wait until the official stable release is available before I update the entire grid. I am considering using my second server to install the upgraded grid. Instead of EquinoxGrid.Net, it would become EquinoxGrid.Com. Presently, the grid resides on EquinoxGrid.Net and EQG Radio is using EquinoxGrid.Com. Why did I choose to name the grid “Equinox”? Why did I not choose “Xaria’s Grid” or “Aubrey’s Grid” or another one of a billion other choices? At first glance, I simply stole the name from the club, Club Equinox. The club was began before my time, I was not around for its naming or inception. Around October 2019, Becca Kershaw, the Owner of Club Equinox, and I decided it was time to move the Club away from then Zindraya Grid. We had been considering other grids. I, Xaria Aubrey, had always wanted to have my own grid. So, I researched the feasibility of putting together a grid. A Contabo server was reasonably priced. I began.
